Therapy Area Partner – Oncology (Solid Tumors)

About the role

A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking a Therapy Area Partner – Solid Tumors to support its Oncology business in Libya, focusing on the Eastern Region from Sirte to Tobruk. The role involves building relationships with oncology stakeholders, ensuring medicine availability, and coordinating sample logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term professional relationships with oncologists and key healthcare stakeholders across the Eastern Region.
• Conduct regular visits to oncology centers and hospitals to understand requirements and identify gaps.
• Support coordination and follow‑up of medicine availability and delivery to ensure patient access.
• Provide logistical support for collection, documentation, and transportation of samples from oncology centers.
• Maintain accurate records of samples, prepare monthly reports on sample flow and results.
• Communicate consistently with internal and external stakeholders and monitor developments within oncology centers.

Required profile

• Medical background with strong knowledge of oncology and solid tumors.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑management skills.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the Eastern Region of Libya.
• Fluent Arabic and good English communication skills preferred.
