Training Coordinator – Full-time On-site Role in Misrata

About the role

The Training Coordinator will be based in Misrata and work full‑time on‑site, overseeing the planning, delivery and evaluation of company training programmes. This position ensures that learning initiatives are aligned with organisational goals and support employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Design, organise and implement training programmes across the business.
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials and logistics.
• Liaise with internal trainers, external providers and participants to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Monitor and assess training effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support employee development plans and career growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in training coordination or employee development.
• Strong ability to facilitate and conduct training sessions.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education or a related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with modern training methodologies and learning best practices.

Required skills
