Webflow Developer – Remote Full-Time

About the role

We are looking for a design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites and own the technical delivery of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to faithfully implement Figma or Adobe XD designs.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM platforms).
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing before and after launch.
• Maintain site security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS or startup.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, complex animations and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography and responsive design, with solid Figma skills.
• Solid foundation in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects, custom interactions and before/after designs.
