About the role
As an Area Sales Executive at Aramex, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and acquiring new customers within your assigned territory. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and meet ambitious sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients, generate leads and close deals to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute a plan to maximise market share and sales opportunities in the designated area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the CRM team, to ensure data accuracy and efficient customer analysis.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline health and customer interactions.
- Assist the collection team in resolving overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Monitor KPIs (sales targets, visits, new accounts, opportunities) and provide competitor insights.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
