Commission Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Commission Sales Associate to join our air freight forwarding team in Tripoli. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships for our international logistics services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new customers requiring air freight and logistics solutions.
• Visit potential and existing clients, prepare and present tailored quotations.
• Maintain and update a sales pipeline, follow up on leads and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
• Close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Provide regular sales activity reports and represent the company at client meetings and local industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a commission‑based, results‑driven environment.
• Basic understanding of international trade or air freight operations, or willingness to learn.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in Microsoft Office, especially email and spreadsheets.
