Customer Support Representative – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join Presto’s fast‑growing team in Tripoli. In this full‑time position you will be the first point of contact for users of Libya’s leading delivery app, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat or email, demonstrating empathy and providing accurate solutions.
• Resolve issues related to orders, modify pending orders, and coordinate communication between customers and partner restaurants.
• Update internal reports and share information with other departments such as Partner and Driver Support.
• Follow up on shortages and operational problems in the grocery sector through internal channels.
• Assess each case, allocate appropriate attention, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new services, policies and operational updates.
• Submit periodic performance reports to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively.
• Ability to make decisions, adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a team.
• High attention to detail and effective time‑management.
• Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard computer applications and mobile technologies.
• Knowledge of company policies, procedures and operational systems.
