Geosolutions Geophysicist

About the role

The Geosolutions Geophysicist is responsible for delivering high‑definition subsurface images by processing 2D, 3D and time‑lapse seismic data. The role involves close collaboration with geologists, reservoir specialists and a broad project team to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high‑quality seismic products on schedule.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and advise on processing parameters.
• Process seismic data using appropriate software and technology.
• Develop new workflows and solutions to overcome processing challenges.
• Design, execute, and validate processing tasks, analyze results, and recommend parameter adjustments.
• Stay updated on emerging seismic and non‑seismic data processing techniques.
• Participate in professional societies and technical conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Geophysicist.
• Degree in Geosciences or equivalent.
• Proficiency in seismic processing software, preferably Omega.
• Strong communication skills, a passion for continuous learning, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Authorization to work in Tripoli, Libya.
