Graduate Geosolutions Geophysicist

About the role

The Graduate Geosolutions Geophysicist will join the Tripoli office to support seismic data processing and subsurface imaging projects. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in creating high‑definition 2D, 3D and time‑lapse seismic models while collaborating with geologists and reservoir specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality seismic products on schedule.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and advise on processing parameters.
• Process seismic data using appropriate software and develop new workflows to overcome processing challenges.
• Construct, submit, and validate processing tasks, analyze results, and recommend parameter adjustments or additional testing.
• Stay updated on emerging seismic and non‑seismic processing technologies.
• Participate in professional societies and technical conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum a degree in Geosciences or an equivalent field.
• Entry‑level or up to three years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.
• Authorization to work in Libya.

Required skills

• Proficiency with seismic processing software, preferably Omega.
• Signal processing knowledge.
• Experience in velocity model building.
• Time and depth imaging techniques.
