About the role

We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients in Benghazi. You will build long‑term relationships, ensure successful delivery of our solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with assigned accounts.
• Assist customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen‑share, and in‑person meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to onboard new clients and integrate solutions.
• Monitor and analyze client usage of our products, providing insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance and progress reports.
• Forecast and track key account metrics and quarterly initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
