Medical Sales Representative – Multiple Locations

About the role

Alhadef Alalamia Medical (AAM) is expanding its sales force across Libya. As a Medical Sales Representative you will promote and sell a range of medical equipment and surgical solutions to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment and surgical solutions to healthcare providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations and follow‑up meetings.
• Prepare quotations and manage the sales process through to closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in medical sales.
• Background in medical, pharmaceutical, nursing, biomedical engineering or related healthcare fields is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage field visits and travel within the assigned region.
• Valid driving licence.
