About the role
A prestigious cardiac centre in Misrata, Libya is seeking an experienced OR Manager to oversee operating room operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical services for cardiac patients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the operating room department.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for surgical procedures.
- Ensure compliance with surgical safety, sterilization, and infection control standards.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives within the OR.
Required profile
- BS Degree in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Proven experience with cardiac surgical cases.
