A prestigious cardiac centre in Misrata, Libya is seeking an experienced OR Manager to oversee operating room operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical services for cardiac patients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the operating room department.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for surgical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with surgical safety, sterilization, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives within the OR.

Required profile

• BS Degree in Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
• Proven experience with cardiac surgical cases.
