Product Support Sales Representative

About the role

Burniq Tractors Company (BTC) is seeking a full‑time Product Support Sales Representative to join its on‑site team in Benghazi. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional support for Caterpillar and other authorized brands throughout the equipment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored equipment support solutions.
• Provide accurate product information and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Manage the equipment lifecycle, including selection, installation, maintenance, repairs, and replacement options.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal abilities and proven experience in customer‑focused sales.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in customer satisfaction strategies and client retention.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment.
• Familiarity with heavy machinery or the oil & gas, marine, or mining sectors is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is beneficial.
• A relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
