About the role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of customers. You will build trusted relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure our solutions meet client objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the lead advisor for all account management matters, fostering long‑lasting client relationships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts, negotiate contracts, and close profitable deals.
- Oversee the timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives.
- Track key account metrics, prepare status reports, and contribute to pricing strategies and forecasts.
- Prepare competitive responses to tenders, RFQs, and bid invitations.
- Conduct regular client visits to maintain rapport and efficiently handle escalations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1‑3+ years of experience in a sales or account management role; fresh graduates with strong motivation are welcome.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
