Tax & Legal Graduate Programme – Core Tax (Libya)

About the role

Join PwC's Tax and Legal Services (TLS) graduate programme as an Associate in the Core Tax stream. You will work alongside senior leaders to help clients navigate complex tax regulations, develop strategies, and optimise their tax positions across the Middle East and North Africa region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with tax planning, compliance and advisory projects.
• Conduct research and advanced data analysis to support tax strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to delivery of high‑quality services.
• Participate in the “Pathway to Manager” (P2M) programme, gaining exposure to managerial and technical skills.
• Travel to client sites as required, including regular overnight stays.

Required profile

• Recent or final‑year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Libya without restrictions.
• Motivation to pursue professional qualifications such as ACCA or CPA.
