About the role

Alhadef Alalamia Medical is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver hands‑on training on advanced medical equipment to healthcare professionals across Libya. The role combines technical support with on‑site education, ensuring successful product implementation in hospitals and clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct practical training sessions on medical devices for doctors, nurses, and biomedical engineers.
• Assist medical staff during procedures and support product rollout.
• Provide technical and operational assistance to clients as needed.
• Travel to hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout Libya, including trips outside Tripoli.
• Respond promptly to urgent client requests and provide on‑site support.

Required profile

• Strong medical background (Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field).
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Ability to work under pressure in dynamic healthcare environments.
• Good English proficiency and basic computer skills.
• Commitment to regular reporting, communication, and daily meetings.
