About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative to drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth. Working remotely, you will research prospects, identify target accounts and initiate contact through phone, email and social channels, qualifying leads for senior sales staff.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
- Perform high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails and LinkedIn messaging.
- Assess prospective clients to determine needs, budget and buying readiness using defined qualification methods.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring smooth hand‑offs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes and pipeline stages in a CRM.
- Provide continuous feedback on prospect objections, market trends and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree certificate in a related field.
- 3‑5 years proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development or telesales.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power supply.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication.
