Business Development Manager - HR Software

About the role

INSAN Human Resource Management System, a cloud-based HR platform hosted on Microsoft Azure, is hiring a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager in Tripoli, Libya. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business, building relationships with prospective and existing clients and promoting the company's HR solutions to target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients and prepare and deliver product presentations and demos
• Manage the sales pipeline and negotiate contracts
• Coordinate with internal teams so that onboarding runs smoothly and clients are satisfied
• Analyze market trends and contribute to go-to-market strategies
• Give feedback to product and marketing teams to support continuous improvement and growth

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability in business development, sales or account management in software, SaaS or HR technology environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Information Systems or a related field
• Prior experience in the Amman or broader MENA market and knowledge of HR and enterprise software buying cycles is beneficial

Required skills

• Client relationship management, negotiation and consultative selling
• Market research, lead generation and pipeline management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is strongly preferred
• Comfort with cloud-based solutions and HR systems; familiarity with Microsoft Azure or HRIS platforms is an advantage
• Solid organization and time management, able to handle several deals and stakeholders at once
