Brand Manager Sanitaryware

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead the Sanitaryware portfolio, acting as the brand’s ambassador and primary liaison with the Brand Account Manager and the factory. You will shape the brand’s positioning, drive profitable growth, and ensure a consistent customer experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition.
• Manage the product lifecycle from launch to discontinuation, including new product introductions and assortment optimization.
• Prepare the annual marketing calendar, develop campaign briefs and coordinate integrated marketing communications.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer insights, monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and control the marketing budget, monitor ROI, forecast promotional investments and recommend pricing structures.
• Develop sales tools, support distributors and channel partners, and participate in technical and mega‑project meetings.
• Ensure a consistent digital presence, monitor online reputation and improve the customer journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken); Turkish is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in brand management or product marketing within the sanitaryware or bathroom industry.
• Experience with leading European brands and participation in European fairs such as ISH.
