Client Account Manager

About the role

The Client Account Manager (CAM) will act as the primary liaison between Legacy Marketing & PR’s clients and the agency, ensuring marketing strategies align with client objectives. You will manage 2‑3 accounts, oversee campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and coordinate communication with internal teams and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct regular bi‑weekly or monthly check‑ins and strategic reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities and increase brand awareness.
• Develop and implement tailored marketing plans for each client.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Manage execution of marketing strategies, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Maintain monthly marketing calendars and track campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative teams to generate content, ensure brand consistency, and relay client feedback.
• Monitor KPIs, produce monthly analytics reports, and provide strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal English (Arabic a plus).
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Background knowledge of Libya’s energy sector or international business trade preferred.
• Ability to work independently and anticipate client needs.
