Coiled Tubing Sales Engineer (On‑site, Benghazi)

About the role

The Coiled Tubing Sales Engineer will drive business growth by identifying and securing coiled tubing service opportunities for ITQAAN’s energy solutions portfolio. Based on‑site in Benghazi, you will work closely with engineering and operations teams to deliver technically sound proposals that meet client production goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify coiled tubing service opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Prepare and present technical proposals and tailored solutions to clients.
• Provide technical support during tendering, project execution and post‑completion phases.
• Maintain regular client contact, conduct site visits and attend technical/commercial meetings.
• Document job designs, performance outcomes and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
• Forecast sales, monitor market trends and contribute to continuous improvement of coiled tubing offerings.

Required profile

• Proven sales engineering and technical support experience in oil & gas services.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build long‑term relationships.
• Experience with coiled tubing, well intervention or related field operations is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or related engineering discipline (or equivalent).
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret well data and operational reports.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Benghazi and travel to field locations as required.
• Familiarity with industry standards, HSE practices and risk management for well services.
