Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative and organized Content Creator to join our school community in Tripoli. You will produce engaging written, visual and video material that showcases our educational mission and Libyan cultural values across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and edit articles, posts and newsletters in English (and Arabic when needed).
• Capture photos and short videos of school activities and events.
• Produce and schedule content for the website, social media platforms and print materials.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and families to highlight learner achievements.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to content strategy.
• Support basic layout and graphic design tasks for campaigns and publications.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability and experience creating digital content for education or similar sectors.
• Excellent written English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a busy school environment.
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with staff.

Required skills

• Photo and video capture.
• Content editing tools (e.g., basic video editors, photo editors).
• Graphic design or layout tools (e.g., Canva, simple design software).
