Events Relations Specialist

About the role

The Events Relations Specialist will manage stakeholder relationships and ensure a seamless guest experience for Brandzo’s corporate events, brand activations, grand openings, investor gatherings, and business networking initiatives in Benghazi.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Brandzo and tenants, investors, partners, sponsors, VIP guests, government representatives and service providers.
• Coordinate invitations, manage guest communications, oversee RSVP processes and ensure professional experiences before, during and after events.
• Maintain stakeholder databases, arrange VIP guest logistics and support event registration and on‑site logistics.
• Collect post‑event feedback, monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of event experiences.
• Collaborate closely with the Events & Exhibitions Director, marketing, business development teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder and client relations expertise with proven event coordination experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage guest communications and attendee engagement for corporate functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with executives, investors and VIP guests.
• Highly organized with solid administrative abilities.
