Field Operator - Coiled Tubing

About the role

Baker Hughes is looking for a Field Operator - Coiled Tubing to support its Pressure Pumping division in executing coiled tubing operations. The role contributes to safe and flawless service delivery by supporting job execution, equipment maintenance and operational readiness, while meeting customer requirements and company standards. Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the equipment needed to deliver services according to customer specifications.
• Support BHA and coiled tubing equipment preparation, including pre-mobilization checks, load-outs and operational readiness.
• Prepare rig-up equipment, connect to customer facilities and record technical data, customer instructions, deviations, losses and damages.
• Report accidents, incidents, near-misses and unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Keep auxiliary and service equipment maintained and ready for use, and operate equipment in line with company procedures and safety standards.
• Carry out general maintenance to keep equipment reliable and available.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of coil tubing experience, onshore or offshore.
• Experience operating coil tubing equipment of increasing complexity in Pressure Pumping operations.
• Valid ADNOC Onshore Approval Card (mandatory).
• IADC Well Control certification preferred.
• Able to work at remote land locations, offshore installations and mobile vessels.
