Fleet Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Fleet Quality Assurance Officer ensures that all SIXT Libya vehicles, processes and customer interactions meet the company’s quality standards. Based in Tripoli, the role involves regular travel to other branches and operational sites across Libya.

Key responsibilities

• Perform random quality audits on vehicles before and after rental.
• Verify compliance with vehicle inspection procedures and digital quality‑check processes.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, presentation, safety and readiness.
• Review inspection records, photographs and supporting documentation.
• Conduct branch audits and operational compliance reviews.
• Investigate customer complaints related to vehicle quality and service delivery.
• Identify recurring quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor compliance with Odoo workflows, inspection applications and digital quality processes.
• Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for the CEO.
• Support quality‑awareness and training initiatives across all locations.
• Follow up on corrective actions until closure and escalate critical issues directly to the CEO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, fleet operations, customer service or operational auditing.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, independence and attention to detail.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Libya.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with inspection applications and fleet‑management software.
