IP Manager – Project Management Lead

About the role

DHL Global Forwarding is seeking an experienced IP Manager to lead the design and implementation of project management strategies for complex, high‑value initiatives. Based in Tripoli, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while supporting the company’s global logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and prioritize project plans, budgets, and methodologies for major initiatives.
• Lead the delivery of projects, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation actions promptly.
• Control project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain project governance.
• Analyse customer requirements, propose solutions, and drive implementation of project outcomes.
• Provide training on project management tools and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• More than 6 years of experience in project management, preferably within logistics or transport.
• Proven ability to manage senior professionals and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills to build trusted relationships with business leaders and customers.
