Marketing Strategy Director

About the role

The Marketing Strategy Director will shape Brandzo’s market positioning and brand narrative across all business units in Libya and the wider MENA region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate market insights and business objectives into high‑level strategic frameworks that guide all marketing, branding and communication activities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the long‑term strategic vision for Brandzo’s brands and investment story.
• Develop and maintain brand architecture, corporate messaging and investor narratives.
• Transform market research, industry trends and business insights into actionable strategic frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership, marketing, creative and business development teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Oversee the creation of strategic pitch decks, investor presentations and executive‑level communication materials.
• Ensure consistency of brand touchpoints across all channels and projects.
• Monitor and refine brand governance and multi‑brand portfolio strategy.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in brand strategy, marketing strategy, corporate positioning and strategic communication.
• Proven experience developing high‑level corporate narratives, value propositions and investor‑focused frameworks.
• Ability to interpret market research and industry trends into actionable strategic direction.
• Experience creating strategic pitch decks and executive‑level presentation materials.
• Deep understanding of brand architecture, brand governance and multi‑brand portfolio management.
• Track record of working with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
