About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on the evening shift (3 PM – 10 PM) at our Benghazi centre. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, trainees, partners and members, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, visitors, trainees and partners with a professional and courteous attitude.
- Manage front‑desk schedules, coordinate appointments and handle coworking‑space bookings.
- Receive, record and process membership fees.
- Provide clear information about Hamzat Wasl’s services, training programmes and coworking facilities.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Monitor and reply to messages and comments on the company’s social‑media platforms.
- Document daily notes, updates and customer feedback and submit them before the end of the shift.
- Support basic administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Required profile
- Diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Strong punctuality, discipline and commitment to the defined working hours.
- Professional appearance, polite communication style and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic; English is a plus.
- Ability to work in a busy environment, multitask and handle pressure.
- Team‑oriented mindset and ability to integrate within a collaborative team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
