About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and expand the sales function for our client in the education sector. Based in Tripoli, Libya, you will drive revenue growth by shaping strategy, managing a team, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team
Develop and execute sales strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Monitor sales performance and KPIs
Identify new business opportunities and market growth areas
Coordinate closely with marketing and operations teams

Required profile

Proven experience in sales management
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to drive performance and achieve targets
Strategic mindset with strong organizational skills
Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
