About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive business growth for a leading importer and seller of heavy machinery, construction equipment, trucks, generators, spare parts, and maintenance services. Based in Tripoli, you will act as the primary point of contact for existing clients and prospect new customers across construction, industrial, and service sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with current customers through regular communication.
- Identify, pursue, and acquire new sales opportunities in the heavy‑equipment market.
- Prepare accurate quotations, follow up diligently, and close deals to meet monthly targets.
- Generate periodic sales and activity reports for management review.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions.
- Collaborate with technical and administrative teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Prior experience with heavy equipment, machinery, or generators is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer‑service abilities.
- Professional appearance, disciplined work ethic, and capacity to work under pressure.
- Team player who can achieve assigned sales targets.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
