Training Assistant (Volunteer)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Training Assistant to support our summer program for school students in Tripoli. This voluntary position will give you hands‑on experience in creating a safe and engaging learning environment while working closely with the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining the training environment for daily sessions.
• Ensure student discipline and adherence to program guidelines.
• Follow the Project Manager’s instructions to facilitate smooth operation of activities.
• Support logistical tasks such as material preparation and classroom organization.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Resides in Tripoli and is not older than 24 years.
• Demonstrates dedication, discipline, and reliability.
• Preferably has prior experience working with children.
