Medical Sales Representative

About the role

Alhadef Alalamia Medical (AAM) is expanding its sales team and seeks a motivated Medical Sales Representative to promote and sell medical equipment and surgical solutions across hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities in Misurata.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment and surgical solutions to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow‑up meetings.
• Prepare quotations and manage sales opportunities through to closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain accurate sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and after‑sales service.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in medical sales.
• Background in medical, pharmaceutical, nursing, biomedical engineering, or related healthcare fields is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits.
• Good computer and reporting skills.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
