Finishing Works Chief (Senior Architect/Civil Engineer) – Libya Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Works Chief to lead all architectural finishing activities for a prestigious super‑structure project in Libya. The role combines senior architectural and civil engineering expertise to ensure high‑quality luxury finishes across high‑rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals and similar facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all architectural finishing works and ensure compliance with approved samples and quality standards.
• Coordinate finishing activities with MEP installations and resolve interface issues.
• Supervise inspections, mock‑ups and overall workmanship quality.
• Monitor productivity, schedule progress and coordinate subcontractors.
• Prepare regular reports on finishing progress and outstanding issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive background in luxury finishing works for high‑rise buildings, malls, hospitals, etc.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to work on site in Libya.
