Finishing Works Chief (Senior Architect/Civil Engineer) – Libya Project

About the role

For our prestigious superstructure project in Libya, we are seeking an experienced Finishing Works Chief to manage all architectural finishing activities. The role involves overseeing finishing works, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating closely with other disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all architectural finishing works and ensure they follow approved samples.
• Coordinate architectural finishes with MEP installations and resolve interface issues.
• Supervise inspections, mock‑ups and guarantee high workmanship quality.
• Monitor productivity, track schedule progress and report any delays.
• Coordinate subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Report finishing progress and outstanding issues to senior management.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in luxury finishing works for high‑rise buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, etc.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on site in Libya.
