About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can act as a strategic partner to shape a positive, collaborative, and high‑performing workplace culture. The role goes beyond routine HR tasks, focusing on employee experience, team cohesion, and continuous improvement of engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with proven expertise in employee engagement or organizational development.
• Demonstrated success in improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking with the capacity to turn insights into action.
• High emotional intelligence and influence capability.
