Key Account Manager – Restaurants

About the role

Presto, Libya’s leading food and grocery delivery platform, is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead its restaurant partner portfolio in Tripoli. The role focuses on driving commercial growth, improving profitability, and maintaining strong long‑term relationships with restaurant owners and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of restaurant partners, monitoring their commercial and operational performance.
• Conduct regular account reviews through field visits, meetings or calls and document outcomes.
• Analyse key performance indicators such as revenue, average basket value, commission rates, delivery costs and cancellation rates.
• Identify under‑performing accounts, develop corrective action plans and implement revenue‑boosting initiatives.
• Negotiate commission rates and commercial terms within company guidelines and manage contract renewals.
• Collaborate with partners to optimise menu, promotions and order size to increase average basket value.
• Escalate cases requiring management approval or commercial exceptions.

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and travel within Tripoli as needed.
