Marine Sales Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Marine Sales Engineer to lead the promotion and sale of Yokohama marine hoses and related offshore solutions across Libya’s oil & gas, marine, and terminal sectors. Based in Tripoli, you will act as the technical bridge between customers and our product portfolio, supporting project development from initial contact to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with oil & gas operators, terminal owners, and contractors.
• Promote and sell marine hoses, offshore loading systems, and related equipment.
• Conduct technical presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Track market opportunities and support project development activities.
• Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Marine, Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in oil & gas, marine, or industrial sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Based in Tripoli with willingness to travel across Libya.

Required skills

• Knowledge of marine hoses.
• Understanding of offshore loading systems.
• Familiarity with terminal operations.
