Part‑Time Retail Key Holder

About the role

Thirdlove is seeking enthusiastic part‑time Key Holders to lead the front‑line store experience. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations while delivering a warm, personalized fitting and shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Manager‑on‑Duty during scheduled shifts, leading team huddles and ensuring smooth shift transitions.
• Deliver a welcoming, personalized fitting experience in line with the Retail Excellence Protocol.
• Coach team members on selling language, product knowledge, and service posture.
• Execute opening and closing duties, including POS reconciliation, security checks, restocking, and store readiness.
• Support inventory tasks such as transfers, cycle counts, and damage reporting.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, cleanliness, and back‑of‑house organization.
• Identify and escalate guest issues or operational concerns to the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in a fashion or apparel environment.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to mentor and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for body confidence and inclusion.
• Reliability in handling opening/closing responsibilities and cash reconciliation.
