Physical Therapist – Hospital Role in Libya

About the role

We are recruiting a qualified Physical Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team at a leading hospital in Libya. You will assess, treat and rehabilitate patients with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological and post‑operative conditions, helping them recover mobility, reduce pain and regain independence.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out patient assessments and develop individual treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, mobilisation and electrotherapy
• Support patients in post‑surgical, orthopaedic, neurological and sports injury rehabilitation
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and keep accurate clinical records
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programmes, injury prevention and posture
• Work closely with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Follow hospital protocols and infection control and patient safety standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Valid professional licence or registration in your home country
• Hands‑on experience in musculoskeletal and rehabilitation care
• Good communication skills and a patient‑centred approach
• Good working knowledge of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Willingness to relocate to Libya
