About the role
Senior Non-Key Expert – Trade & Investment will provide rapid, flexible, high-quality technical assistance to strengthen EU-Egypt economic cooperation, focusing on trade and investment policy, investment climate and private-sector development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance for jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities.
- Prepare market studies, investment analyses, feasibility studies and policy recommendations.
- Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for Egyptian partner entities.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in economics, international trade, business, finance, development studies or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in trade, investment, private-sector development or business-environment reform.
- Proven experience preparing market studies, investment analyses, feasibility studies and policy recommendations.
- Good knowledge of trade and investment policy instruments.
- English at C1 level; Arabic desirable; French an asset.
