Supply Chain Officer – Libya Country Office

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Supply Chain Officer to support its Libya Country Office and Sub‑Offices. The role will ensure the delivery of quality goods and services to beneficiaries, aligning with IOM’s humanitarian migration mandate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic planning for supply chain‑related activities of the Country Office.
• Oversee supply chain operations to provide goods/services at optimal price and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closely with the Regional Office for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) in Cairo.
• Maintain alignment with the Supply Chain Division at IOM Headquarters.
• Support the logistical needs of the Libya Country Office and its Sub‑Offices.

Required profile

• Open to internal candidates and first‑tier external candidates from non‑represented IOM Member States (e.g., Bahamas, Barbados, Comoros, etc.).
• Qualified female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
