Tax and Legal Graduate Programme – Core Tax (Libya)

About the role
Join PwC's Tax and Legal Services (TLS) graduate programme in Libya and work alongside senior business leaders to help clients navigate complex tax regulations, optimise their tax positions and solve strategic challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with tax planning, compliance and strategy projects.
- Conduct data analysis and research to support tax advice.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Participate in the Pathway to Manager (P2M) development framework.
Required profile
- Recent or final‑year undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (or equivalent).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and client‑management abilities.
- Eligibility to work in Libya without restrictions.
- Motivation to pursue professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.
