Procurement Manager

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a proactive and reliable Procurement Manager to join its qualified team for a major EPC project in Benghazi, Libya. The role offers the chance to contribute to large‑scale construction initiatives while building a career in a global, human‑centric organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage procurement, subcontracting, expediting, and logistics activities across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Controls, Construction, Quality, and Stores to support overall project objectives.
• Ensure full compliance with commercial, contractual, and legal requirements for all procurement transactions.
• Develop procurement strategies, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
• Monitor adherence to Archirodon’s procurement procedures, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee vendor assessment processes and supplier performance management to maintain a high‑performing supply chain.
• Guide and support the Project Procurement Team, including engineers, officers, purchasers, and logistics personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil preferred); diploma or certification in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.
• Minimum 9 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Procurement Manager.
• Experience in marine or civil infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong background in procurement of construction materials and equipment.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of ERP systems and procurement‑related software.
